Peanut Chicken Strips
Dredge small strips of chicken breast in milk.
Dip into finely crushed raw peanuts (finely crush raw peanuts with food
processor, or put into plastic bag and crush with rolling pin.)
Saute strips in light oil or butter until crispy.
Tabasco lovers: sprinkle with tabasco.
Kids and friends, dip in Ranch Dressing.
