Hot Banana Peanut Sundae 4 - Bananas, Large, skins on 1/3 Cup - Mini Marshmallows 1/2 Cup - Good Earth Peanuts, blanched, shelled 4 - Small Squares of Caramel 1/3 Cup - Chocolate Chips 1/4 Cup - Diced Strawberries Make a cut, end to end, on the inside curve of each banana. Hold ends of the bananas and push open to create a trough to place all the goodies. Divide the 1/3 Cup of Mini Marshmallows among the 4 bananas. Cut each square of caramel into quarters and divide among the 4 bananas. Divide the 1/3 cup of Chocolate Chips among the 4 bananas and then do the same with the diced 1/4 Cup of strawberries. Top each off with the 1/2 Cup of Good Earth Peanuts. Wrap all 4 in foil together, upright, so ingredients won't fall out . Seal the top and place in a 350 degree oven for 15-18 minutes. When ready open carefully, and serve right from skins in bowls! Sheila Parker
