APPLE DUMP-IT CAKE 2 CUPS FLOUR 2 CUPS SUGAR 1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL 2 EGGS 1-1/2 TSP. CINNAMON 2 TSP. BAKING SODA 1 CAN APPLE PIE FILLING 1-1/2 CUP PEANUTS (WHOLE) DUMP ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A BOWL. STIR AND POUR INTO A GREASED AND FLOURED 9 X 13 PAN. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 50 MINUTES. COOL AND FROST. FROSTING 1 8 OZ. PK CREAMCHEESE 1/2 CUP SOFTENED BUTTER 1 TSP. VANILLA 1 TBSP. MILK 2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR 1/2 CUP DICED PEANUTS BEAT FROSTING UNTIL SMOOTH AND THE FROST CAKE. SPRINKLE WITH PEANUTS. Janice Herron
