SQUIRREL NUT ZIPPER PIE   1 - 9 inch deep dish pie shell, unbaked 1/2 cup caramel syrup 1/2 cup corn syrup 1 cup sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup half & half 1 teaspoon butter, melted  3 eggs 1 teaspoon butter & nut extract 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups roasted peanuts, chopped 1/4 cup caramel syrup   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Beat together the caramel syrup, corn syrup, sweetened condensed milk and half & half until blended.  Add melted butter, eggs, extract and salt; continue to beat for one minute.  Fold in the peanuts and pour into unbaked pie shell.  Bake in preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until center of the pie is set.  Remove from oven and cool; garnish with drizzle of remaining caramel syrup over the top before serving.  Makes 8 servings.   Recipe submitted by Cheryl Perry
