Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce 1/4 c soy sauce 3 T honey 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 T toasted sesame oil 1 t cracked black pepper 2 T chili paste (more or less depending on taste) 1 C raw peanuts water to thin Briefly roast peanuts in a clean hot cast iron skillet. As soon as they start to brown remove from skillet to prevent further cooking. Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, pepper and chili paste in blender or processor, blend for 5 seconds. Add peanuts, pulse till nuts combine. Thin with water to reach desired consistency. Charis Janda
