Spicy Asian Peanut Dressing 3/4 cups all natural peanut butter 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons sesame oil 3 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic 1/2 tablespoon finely minced ginger 2 1/2 teaspoon Asian chili paste or dried hot red peppers 1/2 tablespoons hoisin sauce or to taste 6 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1/4 cups water 2 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon chopped green onions In a medium sized bowl, whisk all ingredients until smooth. If not using immediately, transfer sauce to a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Sauce keeps, covered and chilled 1 week. Use the water to thin sauce to desired consistency.
