Peanutty Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Crust: 3/4 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup chopped peanuts 2 tbls sugar 3 tbls melted butter Filling: 2 8-oz packages cream cheese softened 1/4 cup sour cream 1 cup sugar 1 tblsp vanilla extract 3 eggs 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips 1/4 cup chopped peanuts Preheat oven to 325 degrees. For the crust, combine crust ingredients together and press into 8 inch pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool. For the filling, with a mixer on medium speed, cream the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. When well combined, fold in the chocolate chips and the peanuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes. Turn off the oven, open oven door and cool pie in the oven for about 1 hours.
