This fun treat is gooey but good!

Peanut Pillows

1/4 cup butter
1 bag marshmallows (16 oz.)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups peanuts


In a medium sized pot, melt butter and marshmallows. Add vanilla.  
Place peanuts in a buttered jelly roll
pan or cookie sheet with edges. Pour marshmallow mixture on top. Let cool. Pull apart with hands.

Serves 5-7
