Peanut Leprechaun Clusters Ingredients 1 cup white chocolate chips 1 ½ teaspoon vegetable oil 8-10 drops green food coloring 1 cup salted peanuts Instructions Heat the chocolate chips in a double boiler until softened. Stir in the vegetable oil and continue heating until the mixture is fully melted. Add the food coloring and remove the mixture from heat. Stir in the peanuts until fully coated. Spoon the mixture into clusters on a baking sheet covered in wax paper. Chill until clusters are firm. Katie Gibson
