Peanut Indian Masala Roasted Peanuts                     2 cup Onions (chopped fine)           half cup  Green chillies (slit)               3 Green Peas ( cooked)             1/4 cup Cilantro  (finely chopped)      2 tbsp Salt                                to taste Butter or margarine                 3 tbsp  Onion Rings ( fried)                for garnishing       Sauté the chopped onions till they become translucent in butter. Add the slit green chillies to it and sauté  for  5 minutes. Add the cooked green peas. Then add the roasted peanuts to it and sauté for 5 minutes. Remove from fire. Add the chopped cilantro and salt. Garnish with the onion rings. Serve hot.    Thushara James
