Peanut Butter Pie Crust You can buy the pre-made graham cracker crust or make your own. I prefer to make my own using the recipe from the back of a graham cracker crumb box. Filling 1 jar chocolate fudge sauce 1/2 cup peanut butter 4oz cream cheese softened 12 oz cool whip 1/2 cup powdered sugar Topping 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts 1/2 cup of Reese's peanut butter cups chopped(This could be substituted with your peanut butter truffles) Chocolate fudge sauce If making your own crust, wait until it has cooled. First spread a thin layer, about half of the hot fudge sauce, on the crust. The filling just needs to be blended until smooth, then spread in the crust. Top with the peanuts and the reese's. The remainder of the hot fudge sauce needs to be melted and then with a spoon drizzled over the pie. Place in freezer for four hours or until firm. Enjoy! Monica R. Pearce
