Peanut Butter Chocolate Candy Cookies 1 cup creamy peanut butter 2 sticks melted butter 1 box confectioners sugar 1 cup crushed graham crackers 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate (squares or chips) 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 1 cup crushed peanuts, lightly salted Mix melted butter, peanut butter, confectioners sugar, and crushed graham crackers in a bowl. Flatten this mixture onto a well-greased cookie sheet (about 9” by 12”). Melt semi-sweet chocolate over double-boiler. Spread melted chocolate over peanut butter cookie batter. Top with crushed peanuts and white chocolate chips. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Slice into squares, about 2” by 2”. Return to the fridge for 2 more hours.
