Chocolate Peanut Clusters

5 lbs chocolate (in wafers)
5 lbs.fresh salted peanuts

In a large double boiler, melt chocolate. Add fresh salted peanuts and 
stir. Gently place teaspoons full on ungreased cookie sheets and place 
in a cold area until hard. Gently tap cookie sheets until the clusters 
pop off! Now, enjoy your Chocolate Peanut Clusters!
