Chicken and Peanut Satay 1-lb chicken cutlets cubed 1/2 c.teriyaki sauce 1/3 c. peanut butter-creamy or chunky 2-c.chopped peanuts 1 large onion chopped 2 cloves chopped garlic salt and pepper 1 lb. Angel hair pasta or ramen noodles-cooked 2 tblsp.oil 1 red bell pepper sliced 1 yellow bell pepper sliced   In large saucepan,heat oil on moderate to high heat and brown onions and garlic and peppers til soft,then add chicken and cook thoroughly,until no longer pink inside.Add teriyaki and penut butter and stir until blended well. Serve over warm pasta or noodles,or if preferred-rice.Sprinkle peanuts over dish and serve.
