Chex Mix

1 Box rice chex or any rice waffled cereal (Large box)
1 stick of butter
2 cups salted peanuts
1 cup pretzels
1 cup cashews (any salted brand)
1 cup pecans (roasted)
1 tablespoon worcesteshire sauce
1 tsp crushed red chili flakes
1 tsp sugar
1 tablespoon Carl's Prime Rib & Roast Seasoning (dry, ingredients are 
salt oregano, paprika, pepper, celery, garlic, onion, rosemary, 
parsley) manufactured in SF, CA(415) 648-2601

Melt butter, add worcestshire, stir, add all remaining ingredients. I 
use a very large turkey roaster and do the whole thing in the oven. 
Cook at 250, stir every 10 minutes or so.  Cook about an hour.

This is such a hit, I make it all the time and it doesn't last long! 
The seasoning I have been buying for over 20 years and have used it 
with great success, but never on a prime rib, I have my own recipe for 
my yearly prime rib!
