Tangy Peanut Chutney

    2 cups unsalted peanuts
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    1 tsp sugar
    lemon juice
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    salt to taste

Heat a pan and roast the peanuts and cumin seeds together on medium heat till peanuts are crunchy and browned. Let peanuts cool down. Pour peanuts and cumin seeds into blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and 2 tbsp water and blend till you get a smooth paste. Add more water as required to get the desired consistency. Tangy peanut chutney is ready! This goes well as a topping on wraps, as a spread on sandwiches and as a dip with fresh vegetables and chips. Enjoy!
