Peanut Butter Peanut Cups

    1 cup melted chocolate
    1 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup raw peanuts, chopped
    1 cup icing sugar
    1/2 cup butter, melted

Line muffin cup tins with paper liners. Pour melted chocolate into each
liner, one quarter of the way up. In a small pot, place peanut butter,
raw peanuts, icing sugar and butter. Cook on the stove on medium heat
until butter is melted. Mix well to form a soft dough. Set aside. Place
a two teaspoons or more of the peanut butter filling on top of the
chocolate in the liners. Pour more chocolate on top to cover. Let cool
in the refrigerator. Makes 24.
