CRUNCHY GREEN PEA AND PEANUT SALAD
3 green onions, entire onion thinly sliced 2 cups peanuts, skins removed and dry roasted 1 cup sour cream Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Lettuce leaves Paprika In a bowl combine all ingredients, season to taste with the salt and pepper. Spoon into lettuce leaves on individual salad plates, sprinkle with paprika. Serves six. Do make and enjoy! Mary Bayramian |
