CRUNCHY GREEN PEA AND PEANUT SALAD

    1 lb. bag frozen green peas
    3 green onions, entire onion thinly sliced
    2 cups peanuts, skins removed and dry roasted
    1 cup sour cream
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    Lettuce leaves
    Paprika

In a bowl combine all ingredients, season to taste with the salt and pepper. Spoon into lettuce leaves on individual salad plates, sprinkle with paprika. Serves six. Do make and enjoy!
