Chocolate or Butterscotch Coated Peanuts

    1 package (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate or butterscotch bits
    2 1/2 c. roasted shelled redskin VA peanuts

Melt chocolate or butterscotch pieces in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Add peanuts and stir to coat. Turn out on waxed papar, separate with a fork. Allow to cool.
