Amanda's Melee
1 medium size pkg frozen broccoli 1 round container of Stove Top Stuffing or equivalent 1 cup (or more depending on preference) of crushed up peanuts (plain) Make the stuffing as directed on pkg. Mix sour cream, frozen broccoli, and peanuts with cooked stuffing in an 8*11 in pan and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Eat and enjoy!! Amanda D. Rietzke |
