Thai Hamburgers

    1 lb lean ground beef
    2 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/2 cup fine chopped onion
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup crushed peanuts
    2 tbs chili flavored oil

Saute crushed peanuts and onion in chili-flavored oil. Set aside until room temperature. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well by hand. Separate into four equal parts and form into patties. Grill to desired doneness and enjoy.
