Sweet Potato Peanut Casserole

    2 big cans cooked yams
    1 bag mini marshmallows
    2 1/2 cups brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    2 cups honey roasted peanuts
    1/2 cup karo syrup

Blend well with mixer in large bowl, yams, sugar, & karo.

Smooth mixture in casserole dish. top with pats of butter using the stick then top peanuts and then marshmallows

Put in oven 275 degrees 20-25 min or until marshmallows are melted and browned just a little. Remove from oven and serve.
