Soya-Peanut Delight

    2 cups Roasted Peanuts 
    1 cup Soya Bean Chunks
     ˝ cup Onions (chopped fine) 
     3 no:s  Green chilies (slit) 
     Ľ cup Green Peas (cooked) 
     1 Tbsp Cilantro (finely chopped)   
     Salt to taste  
     3 Tbsp Butter or margarine  
     Onion Rings (fried) for garnish

Sauté the chopped onions till they become translucent in butter. Add the slit green chilies to it and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the cooked green peas and soya chunks. Then add the roasted peanuts to it and sauté for 5 minutes. Remove from fire. Add the chopped cilantro and salt. .Garnish with the onion rings. Serve hot.
