Skinny Dipping

    1 eight ounce package fat free cream cheese, room temperature
    1 half cup fat free sour cream
    1 tablespoon curry powder
    1 fourth cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 fourth cup green onions, finely chopped (white part only)
    1 fourth cup PEANUTS, crushed
    1 cup mango chutney
    1 fourth cup shredded coconut

Mix thoroughly together all ingredients except chutney and coconut.  
Spread evenly in shallow
serving dish.  Spoon chutney on top and smooth to edges.  Sprinkle with coconut.  Chill.

Serve with vegetable sticks and low-fat crackers.
