Scalloped Peanut Potatoes

    1-1/2 LBS-2 LBS POTATOES, SLICED.
    1/2 CUP GROUND BLANCHED PEANUTS.
    1 CUP SWISS CHEESE.
    1/2 CUP HALF AND HALF.
    1/2 CUP MILK.
    2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER.
    1 CLOVE GARLIC, CRUSHED OR MINCED.
    1/4 TEASPOON NUTMEG.
    1 PINCH SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.

1. FIRST MIX TOGETHER IN A SAUCE PAN EVERYTHING BUT THE PEANUTS, CHEESE, AND POTATOES.
2. SIMMER UNTIL MELTED.
3. POUR A LITTLE INTO A GLASS BAKING DISH OR BOWL.
4. LAYER POTATOES, PEANUTS, CHEESE.
5. ADD A LITTLE MORE SAUCE.
6. LAYER AGAIN, ADD SAUCE, LAYER AGAIN AND TOP WITH A LAYER OF SAUCE.
7.BAKE AT 375* FOR 40 - 50 MINUTES.
