PEANUTTY NAPA SALAD

    The Crunch:

    1/2 Cup Salted Peanuts
    1 Package Sunflower Seeds (2 oz.)
    1 Package Ramen Noodles, broken
    1/4 Cup Melted Butter

Preheat oven to 350. Combine peanuts, sunflower seeds and ramen noodles in a large mixing bowl. Pour melted butter over mixture and toss until completed coated. Pour mixture onto large cookie sheet and spread thin. Toast mixture for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Set aside until cool.

    Dressing:

    1/2 Cup Canola Oil
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1/4 Cup White Vinegar
    1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

Combine ingredients in a salad dressing shaker and shake well.

    Salad:

    1 Head Napa Cabbage, torn
    1 Large Bunch Radishes, thinly sliced
    1 Bunch Green Onions, chopped

Combine salad ingredients. Toss with toasted crunch and dressing.
