Peanut Raisin Curl-Ups
Fresh peeled peanuts, chopped Dill pickle, chopped small Raisin bread To make one serving: Take a piece of raisin bread and flatten it with a rolling pin. Smear crunchy peanut butter on the bread on 1 side. Sprinkle as many chopped peanuts as you'd like on top of the bread and peanut butter, and take a dill pickle and chop it up in small pieces, and sprinkle those on top of the bread too. Roll the bread up, and cut it into bit sized pieces. Chill and eat....or just eat as is! Tanya Boudreau |
