Peanut Indian Masala 2 cups Roasted Peanuts Sauté the chopped onions till they become translucent in butter. Add the slit green chillies to it and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the cooked green peas. Then add the roasted peanuts to it and sauté for 5 minutes. Remove from fire. Add the chopped cilantro and salt. Garnish with the onion rings. Serve hot. Thushara James |
