Peanut Indian Masala

    2 cups Roasted Peanuts
    1/2 cup Onions (chopped fine)
    3 Green chillies (slit)
    1/4 cup Green Peas (cooked)
    2 tbsp Cilantro (finely chopped)
    Salt to taste
    3 tbsp Butter or margarine
    Onion Rings (fried) for garnishing

Sauté the chopped onions till they become translucent in butter. Add the slit green chillies to it and sauté  for  5 minutes. Add the cooked green peas. Then add the roasted peanuts to it and sauté for 5 minutes. Remove from fire. Add the chopped cilantro and salt. Garnish with the onion rings. Serve hot.
