Peanut Delight

2 cups finely ground peanuts that have bean toasted in the oven to a golden brown
1/4 cup flour
pinch of salt
4 egg whites
2 tablespoons Amaretto
1 cup sugar

Beat egg whites till they become fluffy. Add in slowly one cup of sugar, and the 2 tablespoons amaretto. In a mixer mix chopped nuts, flour, and salt.

Combine wet and dry ingredients together and place on buttered cooking sheet about 2 inches by 2 inches length and width and the same distance apart.
