Peanut Butterscotch Fudge

    1 large package package butterscotch pudding and pie filling (not instant)
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1 cup evaporated milk
    2 tablespoons butter
    2/3 cups peanut butter
    1/2 cup chopped peanuts

In a 2-qt. saucepan, combine pudding, sugars, milk, and butter. Cook over low to medium heat until mixture forms "soft ball" stage on candy thermometer. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and peanuts until well blended. Pour into 9 x 9-inch pan. Cool and cut into small squares.
