Peanut Bread

    1 lb bread, white or wheat
    1/4 bup butter melted
    2 teaspoons dry cooking wine, (optional)
    4 eggs
    1 cup peanuts
    1 tsp vainilla
    1 ts ground cinnamon
    3 cups milk

For caramel:
1 cup of sugar dissolve slowly in pan and cover the mold that will be use. Let cool until sets.

Finely chop bread in a food processor, place in a big bowl and mix the the other ingredients, strir well to dissolve sugar. Place mixture in a caramel mold, bake in oven at 375 degrees, for 1 hour until a tooth pick inserted in middle come out dry.
