Using an electric breadmaker place the following ingredients in order: warm water, melted butter or margarine, peanut butter, egg, warm milk, pudding mix, granulated sugar, salt, peanuts, bread flour and yeast.
Set the breadmaker to the dough cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough to a lightly floured surface and roll out to a 17x10 inch rectangle.
Mix together the softened butter, 1/4 cup peanut butter and strawberry fruit. Spread the dough with this mixture to near edge. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over dough.
Roll up dough beginning with the long end. Cut dough into 16 equal pieces (about one inch pieces) and place onto a baking sheet which has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Leave room in between each roll to allow for rising.
Cover sheet with a towel and place in a warm place free of drafts and let rise for one hour or until double in bulk.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and
spread glaze ove the top of rolls.
To make glaze: Beat together the confectioner's sugar, strawberry fruit. butter & nut extract; add enough milk to make a spreadable consistency.
Top rolls with remaining chopped peanuts. Makes 16 rolls.
