Double Chocolate Peannutty Dipped Pretzels

    1 cup lightly salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
    6 oz good quality white chocolate (I use Bakers)
    2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
    1 package pretzel rods
    2 oz semisweet chocolate

Place a sheet of wax paper on a cookie sheet or sheet pan. Set aside.

Place chopped peanuts in a bowl. Set aside.

In a separate glass bowl, microwave white chocolate and peanut butter at 30 second intervals, stirring between intervals, until melted and smooth.

Dip each pretzel rod halfway in melted white chocolate mixture and then roll in nuts. Place each rod on the wax paper to cool.

Microwave semisweet chocolate in same manner as white until melted and smooth. Pour into a small zip top bag and cut off one tiny corner. Pipe warm chocolate in a swirl pattern over the dipped pretzel rods. Let cool in refrigerator until set, and then peel off wax paper.
