Chinatown Style Beef Salad

    1 tbsp peanut oil
    1/2 cup Chinese rice vinegar
    1 tsp honey
    1/2 cup diced celery
    1/2 cup baby shrimp
    4 tbsp crushed peanuts
    1 1/2 lb diced lean steak
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 cup diced Romaine lettuce
    6 diced scallions
    2 tsp garlic powder

In a wok, add peanut oil, garlic powder, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, and honey, and stir-fry for 40 seconds, stirring well, on medium heat. Add steak, and stir-fry for 2 1/2 minutes. Add shrimp, and stir-fry for 30 seconds. In a bowl, combine lettuce, scallions, and celery, mixing well. Put meat/shrimp on top, and garnish with crushed peanuts.
