Broccoli Peanut Salad

    1 Bunch of broccolii, chopped, remove long stems
    1/2 red medium onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
    1 cup of salted peanuts (redskin)

Mix 1 cup of mayonnaise with 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/8 cup of cider vinegar. Add a dash of cracked pepper and pour over above ingredients. Yum!
