We're making a collection of recipes that NEED peanuts, everything from nuts to soup (really), and basic peanut cooking to down home Southern goodies to exotic Eastern delights.

Our Humble Beginnings

The Vincents have been in the peanut industry since the early 1800's. Scott and I originally cooked the peanuts in our kitchen at home!

How Peanuts Came to Virginia

Peanuts aren't indigenous to Virginia. They took a long trip to get here. Find out from whence they came.

About Peanuts

They do not grow on bushes or vines! They do grow under ground. You can even grow a peanut plant at home.
